Take into account that during transport the package may be exposed to many destructive factors, its proper packaging allows to reach the destination safely. And, what is most important, it is the sender that is responsible for its proper packing.

Before you sign the receipt confirmation please check if the box isn’t:
- deformed
- punched
- torn or tattered
- folded
In case of any damages mentioned above the package shall be opened in the presence of a courier and its content checked, if any breakage is found the damage protocol shall be written and sent immediately to: Money Save Polska Sp. z o.o., ul.  Przełajowa 7, 05-092 Łomianki, mailto:kontakt@4logis.pl. The protocol is the base for complaint! The damage must be strictly determined and it must be also described how the package was filled in.
